Processing PASCAL Requests
Receiving Requests
Requests are usually received in two forms: paging slips generated by home library catalogues and Interlibrary Loan (ILL) requests. Paging slips are downloaded daily directly from each library’s catalogue.
ILL requests are received throughout the day via fax and Ariel. Any requests received after 3:00 p.m. will not be processed until the next day.
